PREPARATION

200 ml of water will do the job. Heat it until it starts boiling and turn it off.



Then just put me in the water, cover it and wait for 5 minutes. Don't worry, I can stand the heat :)



Do you prefer to drink it cold? Just do the same thing and, in the end, add ice to taste!



I'm fine for about 24 hours, if you keep it in the fridge.
