Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Your order will typically arrive within 3 to 10 working days, depending on where the product will be delivered.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold and dispatched as soon as the item becomes available. This process may take up to 15 working days.
Pre-Order Items
- If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all products are in stock. Once all items are available, we will process your shipment.
- You can ask our team to send you the products on stock, but that will cost you a second delivery fee.
- Please note that next day delivery is not available for pre-order products.
International Shipping
For orders outside the UK, please be aware of the following:
- Customs, Duties, and Fees: The recipient is responsible for paying any customs charges, duties, or taxes upon the arrival of the parcel in the destination country. This is referred to as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
- Customs Hold: Parcels may be held by customs until all outstanding payments are made. Any unpaid customs fees may result in delays, returns, or in some cases, destruction of the parcel.
