For standard pre-orders (items already in transit to us), please allow up to 15 days before your order is shipped. For custom pre-orders — products imported from Brazil just for you — please allow up to 25 days before your order is shipped. We appreciate your patience while we source and prepare your beauty favourites with care!

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any beauty products that have been opened or used. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a store credit or exchange where applicable.
