What is it?

With 7% mandelic acid, this gel is the first product with a gentle night-time peeling effect for daily use. It is an alpha-hydroxy acid with a slow, gradual action that superficially exfoliates the skin while lightening sun spots, acne and melasma. The lightening effect is enhanced by alpha-arbutin.

It also contains allantoin, an ingredient that moisturises and prevents dryness, soothing the skin and minimising the redness caused by the acid. Creamy Mandelic Acid also contains active ingredients that help control acne and oiliness.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT

Derived from almonds, this acid is able to gently renew the most superficial layers of the skin, accelerating recovery from acne, while lightening brown spots caused by the sun, post-acne and also melasma. While alpha-arbutin enhances the whitening effect, allantoin promotes skin comfort and softness.

HOW TO USE

Use at night. Apply to dry, preferably moisturised skin, avoiding the eye area, corners of the nose and mouth. Spread 1 or 2 pumps over the skin of the face, neck and/or décolleté, if desired. At the beginning of use, it is recommended to use every other night until the skin shows no signs of irritation. Wash your skin in the morning and apply sunscreen.

Transient burning sensations may occur during the first few applications and tend to disappear over time.
