To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any beauty products that have been opened or used. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a store credit or exchange where applicable.
